Lumpy Hrudkovity, an alien from planet Zgrunturos, shattered the record for the fastest time to complete the Pho Garden Challenge! Hrudkovity devoured the 2 pounds of noodles and 2 pounds of combination beef with tripe in a mind-boggling 10 minutes flat.
After completing the challenge, a tired looking Hrudkovity, the star of the QuitIt! game show on the iPhone and iPod touch, said through his interpreter, "I love pho and Pho Garden!". He followed this with a big smile as he asked, "Can I have seconds?"
When asked to comment on Lumpy's record setting pace, a still stunned Pho Garden owner Brenden Lam exclaimed, "From now on, this contest is for humans only!"
In honor of Hrudkovity’s achievement, San Francisco-based indie game developer 2n Productions has included a special commemorative Pho Challenge Day room theme on his show as part of the Episode 2 - Shock and Oww update.
Hrudkovity said, "If you're going to take on the Pho Garden Challenge, why not psych yourself up for the date with the Pho Challenge Day in QuitIt!?" He continued, "If I can complete the Challenge, maybe you can too!"
